Come on in, Sis!

I'm so glad you're here!

I'm Kelly, and I've been waiting for a chance to get together with other Brilliant, Beautiful, Black, Women Educators!

I love a good podcast, and I am passionate about education, but I haven't found a place that addresses issues just for me, a black woman in education. So, I did what my ancestors have been doing for centuries and began building what I needed: a space just for us! We can show up however we want- as bold and a bright as we want. And if you're feeling like your shine had been dulled, it's ok, sis. Hopefully this is the space you need need to regain your sparkle.

This space is just for us. It's our kitchen table, front porch, coffee shop, favorite brunch spot- it's the space you need to help you recharge and go back out to let your light shine bright.

Let's get our shine on!

Sound Off!

What are your challenges as a Black woman in education? What areas of education do you feel like you excel in? What would you love to know more about?

I want to know what you think we should talk about. Do you have something on your mind you'd like to share with the rest of us? Or maybe you know a woman I should interview on the show. Fill out this form and let me know what's up.

Thanks, sis!
